Before joining the insurance industry, I was at a point in life where things felt uncertain. I wanted a fresh start; something that could help me grow, find balance, and rebuild my confidence. That’s when I decided to take a leap of faith and join JT Mega.
Coming in, I did wonder how it would feel being one of the few Muslims in the team. I knew I would be adapting to a new team culture and dynamic. Naturally, there was some uncertainty about how I would fit in and find my rhythm. But those thoughts quickly faded. Everyone welcomed me with such sincerity and respect. 在加入保险行业之前，我是一名汽车销售员。那时候的我，每个月都有稳定的收入，但也渐渐发现，除了赚钱，自己似乎没有太多成长。
我之所以选择进入保险行业，是因为在这里，我的努力能被看见、被肯定，还有机会通过自己的实力赢得公司的海外奖励。
刚开始时，这条路并不轻松。面对客户的拒绝、学习新知识的压力，以及不断调整心态的过程，都让我一步步变得更坚强。

After leaving my banking career, I explored unit trust and gained valuable experience in investments and client relationships.
My journey truly transformed when I joined AIA through JT Mega Advisory. This career has brought so much joy, purpose, and growth opportunities.
As a mother of three boys, the flexibility allows me to manage my time well while staying fully present for my children. I love being able to walk alongside clients, guiding and supporting them with care and dedication. I also truly love the culture in our team, which inspires and motivates me every day.
What touches me most is seeing my children inspired by what I do: my eldest admires the career’s rewarding system, my second is excited about sales and earning income, and my youngest, at 12 years old during his class career presentation, proudly shared that he dreams of becoming a life planner like me.

Why I Chose a Path Less Traveled.
I have proudly been part of JT Mega Advisory for 6 years now.
Before this, I spent my days in the property development industry. Like many, I lived the “typical employee lifestyle”—structured, busy, and predictable. But everything changed when my child was born. I quickly realized that the most precious thing I owned was slipping away: the time to watch them grow.
When the MCO hit in 2020, it was a massive wake-up call. I saw firsthand how vital financial protection is for families during a crisis. That was the turning point. I decided to stop just “working a job” and start building a career that aligned with my values.
The Fear of Starting Over
Admittedly, restarting a career is intimidating. However, the incredible leaders and seniors at JT Mega changed everything for me. From the very beginning, their guidance and mentorship were so strong that the “fear” of a career restart simply didn’t exist. The training and support they provided were truly magnificent—it has been the best experience I’ve ever had starting a new chapter in my life.

Today, I have the flexibility to be there for my children’s most precious moments. People often say insurance offers a “flexible lifestyle,” but let’s be clear: it doesn’t mean we work less. It means we work meaningfully. I now spend my energy on the two most important pillars of my life—my career and my family—without having to sacrifice one for the other.
